Return Policy

At Traffic Sign Pro, our goal is to ensure your 100% satisfaction. We have an easy return process for return of standard stock items that have not been used within 30 days of delivery. At this time we are unable to accept returns for custom made orders.  All return orders are subject to restocking fees. Please contact us at sales@trafficsignpro.com for inquiries regarding restocking fees applicable to your order.  All shipping fees for standard returns will be the customer’s responsibility.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, or if you do not receive the correct item you ordered, Traffic Sign Pro will cover the shipping costs for sending out a replacement item. We will also arrange and cover the costs associated with returning the item that needs to be replaced. At this time we do not offer any product warrantees other than if an item is defective upon delivery.

Return Action Steps

Simply send us an email at sales@trafficsignpro.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide all the information for an easy return. The refund will be processed once your return order is received. Traffic Sign Pro will then process your credit. This can take up to two (2) business days once the order is received. Orders approved for return will be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact us at sales@trafficsignpro.com to for details on your specific order restocking fee.

Order Cancellations

Stock Orders: Standard sign stock orders may be cancelled for full credit if the order has not been processed. However, most orders are shipped the same day they are received.

Custom Sign Orders

If production has not started, we will be happy to issue a full credit. At this time we are unable to cancel custom orders once production has begun. We identify custom signs as those signs where you have provided text that needs to be printed on the sign.
